Outreach Through Entertainment
At Spotlight the Good, our aim is to seek out and shine a light on those making a positive difference in our world — to tell their stories, show their efforts, and raise financial support for their ongoing endeavors by capturing them on film.
We believe that entertainment is one of the most powerful tools for change. When people see a story that moves them, they act. We're here to tell those stories — and to make sure the people behind them get the support they deserve.

How We Got Here
Our History
2021
Founded
Spotlight The Good was born out of a simple conviction: the world needs more stories about people doing good.
2022
First Films
We released our first short documentary series, spotlighting five changemakers across three states.
2023
One Last Shot Launches
Our addiction recovery podcast "One Last Shot" launched and quickly found an audience hungry for honest, hopeful conversations.
2024
Community Grows
Our volunteer crew grew to over 100 people, and we hosted our first major fundraising gala, raising thousands for featured nonprofits.
2025
Expanding Reach
We expanded our film production, launched new community events, and began building partnerships with nonprofits nationwide.
2026

We're growing our team, deepening our impact, and shining the spotlight on more changemakers than ever before. The best is yet to come.
